  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

3. Data Retention

We retain message data only for the duration necessary to process your request. Conversation context is maintained in-session but is not stored permanently. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal compliance.

7. Self-Hosted Option

For organizations with strict data requirements, we offer a self-hosted version where all data remains on your infrastructure. In this case, we do not have access to your message data.
